Even the best-written behavior plan will fall flat if the people using it do not feel prepared. Our Ongoing Training & Support is designed to make sure families, staff, and educators feel confident, supported, and never left to figure things out alone.
We offer ongoing training for everyone on the team: parents and caregivers, direct support staff, teachers, and other professionals. This includes structured teaching sessions, specialized training programs for specific challenges (like self-injury, aggression, or elopement), and hands-on coaching where we practice strategies together in real situations. We explain not just what to do, but why it matters, so people can problem-solve when things change.
Parent and caregiver training is woven throughout our work. We break skills into manageable steps, provide simple tools like checklists and visuals, and set up regular check-ins - online or in person - so you can ask questions, get feedback, and adjust plans as life shifts. As the individual grows or environments change, we revisit and revise strategies so support stays realistic and effective.
In short, we do not drop off a plan and disappear. We stay connected, tuning the support over time so it keeps working in the real world, not just on paper.
